I have recently purchased a property through LJ Hooker where Debbie was the listing agent. Debbie was great to deal with during the sales process but this is where the positive experience ended. She acted as my representative for the final inspection and failed to disclose a number of maintenance items in order to achieve settlement on time resulting in a cost to me. The property was handed over dirty with marks and holes left by the seller. She also poorly negotiated open times through the seller resulting in further losses. As I am not based in brisbane I have been poorly represented by LJ Hooker. The experience has been very challenging resulting in me terminating my leasing agreement with LJ Hooker prematurely.
