Deb was consistent with trying to attract buyers to our property. Deb followed up with potential buyers. Advertising was spot on and reflected our property well. She was happy to have open times frequently and gave feedback immediately following. Was excellent during negotiations with communication and helping us settle for the price we wanted. It took a few months to sell our property as it was in the higher price range but sold a bit faster than we were expecting.
