Working toward my first home was a 2 year obstacle with an additional 6 months inspecting open homes. Spending this much time anticipating and looking I figured out what I wanted. I first came across my house through Deborah’s advert online which highlighted the key features in a floor plan and photos with perspective. I knew I had to see this house. The open home was well presented and Deborahs team (Troy) was very astute and considerate giving me time to inspect and ask questions. After the negotiation period with Deborah I had a signed contract and was well on the way to settlement day. Being handed the keys to my first house was a very special time for me and Troy knew that. A smile and a hand shake followed by a set of keys is very simple but for me it will be a longstanding memory. I did have trouble locating the automatic garage remotes and was more than happy to replace them myself. But during the first week I received a call from a specialist offering new replacement remotes compliments of Belle Property. Problem solved! If you demand attention to detail service for your property and customers I recommend Deborah and Troy to you.

We bought a property in Gordon Park. Deborah didn’t bother meeting us and sent a young male agent to show me through the property. We were advised on two occasions that the old property next door, which was in a state of neglect, could not be demolished as it was considered heritage and the owner could only repair it. To my surprise, about three weeks ago, I returned home from work to discover the house being demolished and was told terraces are going to be built on the block. This development will obscure city views from my property. It can be argued that we should have checked with the council rather than believe the agent. Our mistake. We shouldn’t have been lied too either. The chair of our body corporate said the plans had been approved at the time of purchase. I wouldn’t recommend Deborah Hutton or her real estate agency. Property purchasing is hard enough, let alone being misled by the agent. My advice - go to an agent who is more trustworthy.
