I inspected a deceased estate property in Tweed Heads and Deborah was attending the open house as agent. We discussed the potential purchase and a verbal offer was made and was informed what was included In the sale as furniture and chattels were present. I was later informed of a rival offer and made a counter offer more than the asking price. I was then hounded to get a written offer &the need to consult a Tweed Heads solicitor &pay the deposit because there were "other buyers out there ". I am not experienced in these matters & then there was continued contact advertising of other interested parties & that the inventory on the contract was being disputed despite her assurances that it was all included bar 2 memorable items. I also asked for the premises to be professionally cleaned by the vendors estate, which wasn't done to any degree of satisfaction. Overall I was dissatisfied with the service, follow up & professionalism of Deborah.
I had to secure an alternative property before I sold and thanks to their patience, honesty and flexibility I was able to sell my property and purchase my new property simultaneously which required patience and understanding of my situation and trust in my ever changing needs to see the process through to a successful conclusion.
