Initially, we chose Deborah, because she left a flyer offering FREE marketing. At first, I was worried the marketing price was way higher than other appraisals, but not only did she find the right byer, we sold for full asking price. She also mentioned people that could help us with our selling process (eg. electrician to replace stove, conveyancing) at the right price. Not only would we recommend Deborah, we already have.
