The sale of the property was not straightforward. It was rented and the tenant was in default, refusing to cooperate with the sale including home opens and inspections. Deborah's management of the sale given the circumstances deserves high praise. This involved careful handling of the tenant, limiting the marketing period (not an easy judgment however an unconditional offer was received and accepted), ensuring the buyers were advised of any issues and maintaining regular contact with me by email and often by phone. Of note was her attention to detail, for example all important communications even if only minor variations to the contract were documented. Settlement took place on time.
