Great agent !

Deborah was an excellent agent. She held home opens every weekend, even while I was overseas for 10 weeks. She even did a little dusting! Nothing was too much trouble. She has a bright, effervescent personality and I will be forever grateful for her extra assistance at times. I now considered her a dear friend. Thank you so much, Deb!

Reliable and flexible

Debra made time to fit in with our time constraints and concluded the sale without fuss.

Sold in 4 Days

Deborah listened to our needs and marketed our property accordingly and we are sure it is the reason that we sold our property within 4 days of listing. Deborah's professional approach meant that she knew every detail of our property and took into consideration why we had been drawn to purchase this property. It was interesting to see that the new owners purchased our property for the same reasons we had. Thanks Deborah for you friendly and professional approach. We would recommend you to anyone who wishes to sell their home and needs someone who is interested in the client rather than the sales statistic.

PERTHS STAR AGENT

Where do I start helpful, friendly professional from the start to the end. Mum mum was a little nervous selling her house due to having a bad experience with a previous house she sold. One of mums friends recommended Deborah to her and told her how much of a fantastic agent she was. I can tell u mum mum was completely comfortable this time selling her house she just knew she was in good hands. A good agent must have good listening skills. I would say that is most certainly one of Deborah’s good skills. Deborah always made the time for my mum even if mum was getting anxious she reassured her all is going well and mum was always calm and positive and happy after speaking to Deborah. She also (with her excellent negotiating skills) managed to sell her house for the price she wanted. Then she managed to negotiate a fantastic price for her new house. Always answered her phone with a friendly greeting. If for some reason she couldn’t answer your call no need to call her back, she would always call u back. U can honestly tell Deborah wants her customers to be happy with outcome. She is not your typical pushy agent and always gave mum time to think and if mum was stuck she gave her helpful advice. She truly is one of Perth’s number one agents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can truly say I have no hesitation to refer her.

Some misgivings.

While Paul and I are delighted with the house we have chosen, we do have some misgivings about the process. We found it disquieting that no disclosure document was sought or provided by the owner/agent when there were obviously some items that we should, in our opinion, have been advised of. 1. The absence of running hot water at the kitchen sink is a major flaw. The excuse given by the son that it is a long way from the water heater and will come eventually is not satisfactory or true. Thirty litres of water down the drain to even alter the temperature to just off cold is not environmentally sound. We have not tested it beyond this and have resorted to bucketing hot water from the laundry. 2. The drainage pipe in the laundry discharges from a spout into the base of the cupboard, making it unusable. 3. The easement mentioned by the agent is not the round cover in the front lawn but actually in the right hand corner of the back yard with a shed erected over it. We hope the water board never need to access it. 4. We found it unusual that the seller was not present for the final inspection to instruct us to the peculiarities of the various appliances. "You can google most things these days" is not an adequate response. 5. Cleanliness. We fully understand that moving day is very stressful and time is limited, but the oven was not cleaned of the crumbs and foodstuff pointed out at final inspection, nor underbench cupboards and the bathrooms were not finished.(floors unswept and salt crystals on the shower screen). We employed professional cleaners, so that the house we had sold would be clean and inviting for the new owners, we wish it had been done for us. Deborah was always courteous and prompt but obviously working with only the sellers interests in mind. Her approach was quite different to the agent selling our house who was always concerned that both parties were happy with the process at all times.
