We were very happy with Deborah’s work. She achieved a price which exceeded our expectations and the expectations of other agents. There was some uncertainty as to how the property would be regarded in the market, but Deborah accurately identified how it could best be positioned and presented, gave us accurate advice as to the likely selling price if it was so positioned, and then achieved a price within that range. This was all done rapidly: the property was on the market for a very short time when the contract was signed. She communicated well with us, provided assistance where necessary, and chased us up in a friendly manner where that was necessary. Deborah is professional in her manner and engages well with all kinds of people. She has a keen eye for the strengths of a property and to whom it will appeal and the skill and experience to turn interest from a potential buyer into a contract for the vendor.

We first saw Deborah in action at an open house we attended and were impressed with how she handled the sale of that property. She kept in contact with us after that and I noticed how available she always was to help us with any questions we had on either selling or buying in our area. When it came time to sell I actually felt like I was asking a friend to be our agent because of the number of interactions I had already had with her! I was impressed throughout the whole process by how professional Deborah was and how she was always reachable, always willing to offer advice or find out the answers to questions we had. She was personable, ethical and above all consistently willing to go the extra mile for us. I talked to her constantly throughout the whole process and got lots of helpful advice that really helped the process of selling our house go as smoothly as possible. I purchased a home through Deb whereby we were working under very difficult circumstances, difficult seller, paper work irregularities, settlement extensions, body corporates etc. Her excellence is solid and consistent. Following are the things that I think Deb has consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s just what home buyers do). Deb answered and supported all enquires but I was very impressed every time when I got the response and timely response makes her really reliable. 2. Timely communication – Deb has so many clients but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner over the long settlement and messy period. 3. Care – this is where I really think Deb went above and beyond. A week after closing, I perforated a pvc pipe whilst hanging a shelf. She supported me in getting an emergent plumber in the new area and followed up on the self-inflicted flooding. Thank you Deb for all your support and making a messy transaction acceptable!
