Debbie was wonderful to deal with and always kept me informed of progress. The two agents I tried before Debbie were rude and bossy. They told me my house was worth much less than I thought. They also said I had to do this, that and the other thing before I could put it on the market. Debbie helped me tremendously by advising not to go overboard with renovations, and advised to offer it at a much higher price than the other agents.
