A happy experience

Right from the beginning Deb was positive, energetic and professional. She closely supervised the photography of the inside and outside of our house and gave reasons for the methodology at all stages. She was very professional about details especially in the Covid environment. Over the long period of time that the property was for sale Deb remained confident and focussed. She had an excellent knowledge of the market and how our property fitted in to the local region. There was always a realistic assessment of possible buyers and Deb always obtained full information about details for the possible buyers’ questions. In addition we consider her negotiation skills were great as I think we as sellers, as well as the buyers, were very satisfied with the price. A win- win situation.
