We had been in our Cherrybrook house for over 16 years and were unsure how to approach our sale after such a long time out of the market. Deborah has great knowledge of the local market and was able to provide advice on how best to present our home without undertaking a full makeover as some agents would make you believe is necessary. During the selling program, Deborah was always available (night and day) and went out of her way to do the little things that make such a difference, like being there for furniture removal, or arranging pool maintenance, or something a simple as putting out the garbage bins. However, her biggest strength was enthusiasm and honesty in all dealings either with the potential buyers or ourselves. Deborah actually sold our original house in Cherrybrook in December 2000 and she has again sold our current house in Dec 2017.
