Having met with Deborah approximately 10 years ago,we recently asked her to handle the sale of our investment property in Redland Bay. Following a visit to the property which was tenanted ,Deborah recommended a list price which was above our initial expectation. Deborah did a tremendous job of organizing photographers,marketing,recommending solicitors ,planning approval for the patio which tenant had constructed without authorization,tradesman as required and also working with the existing tenant. She provided almost immediate feedback after each open house having followed up with all interested parties. She also provided a periodic report on activity.
