Debra hit the ground running! As soon as we contacted her, she did the appraisal and we were signing up with her the following day. She also had some advice about a few things that needed tidying up, which she also arranged on our behalf which was another thing we didn't have to worry about. Debra actually sold our Duplex unit before it went to market, so we saved bit of money on advertising there. She had great communication with us throughout the process and was happy to take the time to negotiate a fair price for us.
