I've purchased and sold a number of properties including both metro and rural area in my life. When it came to this sale I enlisted appraisals from 4 local agents. I chose Debra primarily for her attention to detail during appraisal, pointing out things that I'd not thought about. I could tell she was passionate about her job. Secondly, it was Stones marketing strategy that tipped the scale for me. The marketing cost more then the competitors however it was really a no brainer as I could see the results and value in trusting Deb. I wanted a fast sale and maximum value and that's what Deb and team delivered. Debra kept us up to date throughout the process and promptly answered any questions, usually within hours which is fantastic. I never felt that I was intruding on Debs time even when I knew she was snowed under.I would definitely engage Debra and team from Stone Kurri Kurri and can't recommend them highly enough!
