Unprofessional

I found Debra to be very unprofessional. She spoke ill of other agents. She was rude on several occasions. She gave false information. Would not recommend her to anyone in the future.

I believe our marketing to be superior to that of competitors, wasn’t meant to sound like I was speaking ill of other agents, rather explaining how good our marketing is.
