We first met Debra Ford in 2013 when initially purchasing a property in Kurri, and Debra went out of her way to show my wife several properties and gave us local insight into some we should also avoid. We ended up purchasing through another agent, however Debra remained friendly to us for over ten years and still dropped by to say g'day. Debra was a main driver in our decision to switch to Stone Real Estate once we rented out the property after a renovation, and Debra accurately forecasted a future sale price for us with her excellent local market knowledge.
