We were told that our block would be worth $100,000 to $120,000 or $120,000 to $140,000 if it had been cleared of the massive amount of trees and other vegetation on the site. We left in in the hands of Debra and we expected to see the block offered at the lower amount but she put it on sale at the upper price and it was sold very quickly at that price...we were surprised and pleased. Everything went very smoothly after that and the sale was completed.

We are so happy we met Debra! As our ex property was in Brisbane, we had no idea about what to expect ... Debra did share with us her love of the island. This was all extra time that she gave us not knowing if we were going to buy or not....and each time we were coming back to Brisbane, we were thinking how lucky we were to have been meeting her, have such a great day on Macleay and couldn't wait to be here permanently. Before the settlement day...we of course had questions for Debra, as gas situation, companies to contact, where to find supplies. Debra did always answered back as soon as possible. She is very reliable! We are now very happy on the island, and we will recommend her for anybody buying or selling.
