Debra was really helpful and great to deal with, friendly and informative and made looking at land to buy a real pleasure and it was hassle free in every aspect. The other thing that impressed me was Debra always made time for me when I’d call her with queries and enquires, The block has settled and gone through now so that is exciting. We were told that our block would be worth $100,000 to $120,000 or $120,000 to $140,000 if it had been cleared of the massive amount of trees and other vegetation on the site. We left in in the hands of Debra and we expected to see the block offered at the lower amount but she put it on sale at the upper price and it was sold very quickly at that price...we were surprised and pleased. Everything went very smoothly after that and the sale was completed.

We are so happy we met Debra! As our ex property was in Brisbane, we had no idea about what to expect ... Debra did share with us her love of the island. At the point that after visiting all the other islands...we did fall in love too with MacLeay She found the property of our dreams and we are now settleling down and making new friends. It took us 3 trips from Brisbane to Macleay. Each time Debra will pick us up and return us to the ferry. What a good service! On top of it she has a friendly personality, and bubbly. She did too take us to all the beautiful places , (apart from visiting properties...) which are available on the island , beach, bowling club, golf club, etc...which gave us an idea of all the opportunities and life style we were looking for. This was all extra time that she gave us not knowing if we were going to buy or not....and each time we were coming back to Brisbane, we were thinking how lucky we were to have been meeting her, have such a great day on Macleay and couldn't wait to be here permanently. Before the settlement day...we of course had questions for Debra, as gas situation, companies to contact, where to find supplies. Debra did always answered back as soon as possible. She is very reliable! We are now very happy on the island, and we will recommend her for anybody buying or selling.
