Never met the agent, despite them having an opportunity and living 0.5kms from the property and knowing that I was there for 5 days - she was apparently 'over it' for the week. When the buyer made an offer, she tried to negotiate the price down - in their favour - "but they have to pay stamp duty, pest & building inspection and legal costs (on top of the purchase price)" - the same costs that everyone has to pay.
