Deb was fabulous in selling our two units and was available most times when needed considering that we lived 1500 kilometres from Townsville and relied upon her knowledge of the area for the sale. Both units had been tenanted and she was our liaison with the tenants to ensure a smooth end of lease and a positive ready for sale experience. Any problems were sorted by Deb and her team and it made it a very easy transaction once a sale was achieved. Would I use Deb again? Definitely.
