Dee and Andrew really went the extra mile (or 2) with our sales campaign for our rural property in Dungog. Having Dee in the room whilst the auction was on was extremely helpful as we were overseas at the time and couldn't get a feel for what was going on in the room. Dee conveyed the feel in the room perfectly over the phone and was definitely working for us. Dee continually kept us up to date with the visits being made to our property and the feedback she was receiving which helped to keep our expectations in check. This is an important aspect for a salesperson as unreal expectations by the vendor can derail a possible sale.
