I contracted Dee Mangion to sell my house, 13 Banyan St Andergrove in Dec. 2020. It took a while to get any interest after it was advertised in Jan 2021. Dee worked very hard to promote my house and went above and beyond in a limited market. I would give her 5 stars and recommend her to potential sellers. The most important factor that I am in Canberra and Dee worked hard for me, not being in the same state. We had a lot of valuable correspondence because of that.

We dealt with Dee in the purchase and sale of our home. We had been trying to sell our home (on & off) for over 4 years as the market was not very good. Through Dee's persistence we finally sold our home. She never gave up even when we thought it would never be sold at a reasonable price. Dee's professionalism was outstanding and we are grateful for everything Dee's did to get our home sold.

Dee certainly has significantly knowledge in the real estate industry and she has some really good contacts that will assist with Finance, Staging & Conveyancing. Dee could promote more confidence in her abilities however that would be my only criticism.

Dee is a true professional. She has substantial market knowledge, especially of the Slade Point area. She provides comprehensive information and keeps the seller aware of the status through all stages of the sale process, from initial appraisal, through pricing, advertising, negotiation & settlement. In particular, she provides sound advice on how to prepare the property for sale; i.e. maintenance & repair, presentation & staging.

From our first conversation on the phone, Dee went above what is expected from an agent. In the preparation phase Dee took care of everything, from marketing, photography, gardeners and trades. Dee would call us every second day and update us on the progress of the property. Once the property was on the market Dee completed open homes on Saturday and Sunday. Dee even went to a potential buyers property at 7pm on a Sunday night to complete a contract. Dee is an extremely hard working agent who generally cares about her clients and strives to get the best result. Her communication skills were excellent and it was a pleasure working with her.

Dee understood what our family was looking for and went above and beyond to help us find and get our dream home. Dealing with Dee was seamless. We are over the moon with our property and highly recommend Dee!

A good person and hard work

In the lead up to listing our home Dee provided us with honest advice and suggestions as well as options for prepping. We discussed timelines, the degree of work we wanted to carry out prior to listing and what a likely return could be for each scenario. Dee was respectful of our decisions and planned accordingly. Dee has vision and enthusiasm for presenting properties to their best. She was very helpful with contacts where required. Dee ensured we were fully informed on any developments, including the strategy for sale, outcomes from open houses and of course any offers. The property went under contract quickly for a satisfactory price. We did have a few hiccups in the sale in the days just prior to settlement, but Dee was very supportive, and the property ultimately settled just a few days late. Dee is bright and bubbly and quite obviously enjoys her work, which always bodes for good outcomes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a sales agent, just as she was recommended to us.

Dee worked very hard for us to get the best possible outcome. We are incredibly grateful for her assistance and hard work. Her knowledge of Slade Point and the surrounding area was very helpful and she is always a great person to have around.

The feedback I read & heard about Dee's ability to sell houses is all true, she definitely knows the market & does actually listen, gives you suggestions all while making you feel relaxed & confident about the process, I can't recommend her highly enough, I had an offer 48 hours after it went on the market & she kept me informed through the whole process

Dee is very pro-active and puts a huge effort in, nothing is too much for her. Dee's method of pricing along with her selling plan gave me the spot on result I was looking for. Her communication is A1, she was very prompt in returning messages. Dee not only sells the home but the area the home is in as well, her photography and videography is well presented. Dee treated my sale personally, I did not feel I was a number or $ target to her. I would recommend Dee wholeheartedly.
