Deeb has fantastic market knowledge - helping me understand who my buyer market was and what we could do with the property to achieve an outstanding auction result. He kept expectations realistic and provided me with plenty of property comparisons from the area so that I knew what my property was competing with. I thought that I would achieve the best outcome if my tenants moved out and on their agreement Deeb helped them to find another suitable property in the same area - as I understand it they were very happy with the property that Deeb found. When I embarked on some renovations before listing the property he helped coordinate the trades that I had selected and arranged for building access etc. Not being local to the property, I really needed Deeb's help with this and he delivered! The communication that Deeb and the rest of the L J Hooker team maintained was excellent. I did not have to prompt them and ask for updates - it was all part of a very well thought through customer experience that they were committed to.
