I believe that Deepak provided the best outcome based on the market conditions. My experience with Deepak can be divided into several parts: - Vetting Process and Sales Records Deepak was on point during his sales pitch with a proven solid sales track record. Apart from that, he was enthusiastic, understood the market conditions and provided the right advise in a deteriorating market conditions. One feedback that I could provide is I wish he had more confidence by providing a better estimate for the property price during the vetting process. - Sales Commission Negotiation Deepak provided a pretty competitive commission rate compared with the agents around the area. However, there was a minor commission rate discrepancy during the verbal negotiation stage and written negotiation stage. - Sales Preparations Deepak was great during the property sales preparation. By providing the right advise such as: house staging, picking the right rooms to be presented, which area needs improvement and providing a spare space for me etc.; he ensured that the property is well presented during the marketing campaign. The paperwork preparation was relatively smooth sailing. - Marketing Campaign Deepak was able to utilize a great real estate photographer where he was able to capture the essence of the house through pics and videos. The realestate.com ad looked immaculate and he was able to use various medium (Instagram) to ensure that the property is well advertised. Deepak was on time and was able to adjust the open house time based on the appetite of the market. - Sales Process Deepak was able to sell the property within a lightning fast record of 1 week of going live. However, I believe (subjectively) that the property price could be negotiated higher and for him to have more patience while acquiring more offers from the market. At times, unfortunately, I do feel that he did not put the sellers best interest such as: letting the buyer not honoring the written sales agreement.
