Yes I have no words to say that my house was sold beyond the price I expected while the real estate market was down in favour of the buyers. Adam was a great help when it came to buying our house. At the home open he was friendly and informative, not pushy and over the top boasting about the house like other agents we encounted. If I had to nitpick it would have been good if Adam knew whether the house was fibre to the node/premise and the location of the solar panels. Adam was really helpful and prompt when it came to getting forms signed by coming to our house and ringing us as soon as he heard from the seller's. When final inspection came around he was helpful in pointing out things we should check for which we hadnt considered, and not in an over-bearing manor. Over all Adam made buying this house a great experience.

What can I say, not enough about these's two wonderful people and agents. Awesome service, nothing was too much trouble. Positive results obtained. Every email, request, query were dealt with very quickly, and professionally. Even went out of their way to bring me some keys when I locked myself out of my own house. Highly recommended as agents and a delight to deal with. Your won't go wrong with either of them, but Dee is a gem.
