After 50 years of ownership of my property in Liverpool I contacted Mr Tony Pascale at PRD Liverpool to see if he could sell it for me. He then nominated Mr Dejan Galic to make the sale. On the 13th of April I was contacted by Mr. Galic who by that time had already inspected the property, prepared the evaluation at a good price, suggested that an Auction would be the best course of action, had conscientiously prepared all the documentation, contacted my solicitor and the sale was on within a short time. Having in mind that a number of sales in that vicinity had shortly after taken place with prices achieved lower then envisaged, Dejan embarked on a heavy advertising path, receiving a number of offers. I accepted the one that was within Dejan’s initial estimate then cancelled the Auction. Final settlement was in early July.
