Our situation was unusual, as our children did all the ground work for this purchase. Being in NSW we could not be present. Del treated them with respect, not discounting them for their age. Del's communication with both us and them was thorough. Del liaised with the vendor re some issues that arose from the building inspection, and these issues were resolved. She indicated that she was available to help with any questions/concerns that we might have had, and she was true to her word. I never felt that Del was being anything other than honest and straight down the line with us.
