When we signed up for this property it was a sellers market that quickly changed due to banks restricting finance. While many other agents thought four offers over asking price was a sign of a done deal, Del realised the old adage was never truer, a sale is not a sale until the money is in the bank. Del was instrumental in getting our contract through the finance period as financial institutions tightened their requirements and extended the time it takes for them to process applications. We got there in the end. I think a summary of what was achieved is that the vendor got more than asking price, we think we got a good buy, and all those other houses we looked at with four offers over asking price, well they are back on the market again because nobody could get finance. I think Del's ability is about getting the deal done more than selling the property.
