She not only accepted the challenge with a smile, but carefully and respectfully prodded me along the journey to ensure the cleaning out of the house and other matters required to prepare for the sale remained on track. Changing the sale to an Auction, as Delaney and her team recommended, no doubt hastened the process and provided an end date. It was a pleasure to deal with Delaney throughout the process, who maintained a professional approach even when my brother and I were not always the best communicators. She is testament to the statement that experience is not the most important criteria when he comes to selling a property. We are currently considering some vacant land to sell and she is in the box seat to take on another challenging property proposition!
