Delaney had done her homework before she come to see me about listing the property. She was prompt and professional but also casual enough to be on my level. She took time to explain the whole process, even giving tips on what to watch for in any contract regardless of which agent we chose. She didn't over promise on sales figures or promise an instant sale. I would recommend her services to others. She made our process easy, we communicated via text when calls weren't necessary which I found convenient, but didn't hesitate to call if it was more appropriate.
