Pleasant enough guy, easy to talk to. Wasn't very knowledgeable of the property and advertised it as one of the medium apartments, even though it was one of the smaller ones. I even confirmed verbally on the phone that there were smaller apartments in the complex, who took in less rent. He agreed (not sure out of deception or just lack of caring/knowledge). Then after signing the contract I noticed the property was 10% smaller than had been discussed/advertised, and he and the agency (Ray White) refused to even acknowledge that as an issue, ignoring letters from my lawyer asking for a reasonable price reduction because of the dishonesty. In the end, I was overseas and so had to just settle. Not a great experience as a first time buyer. Definitely felt taken advantage of and dismissed.
