Demika quite literally went above & beyond for me, multiple times. I’ve brought & sold 6 properties now. And the stark contrast between Demika & others is no exaggeration. If I was to buy another property in all seriousness I hope my next agent is half as good as Demika. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Demika both when I initially purchased my property and later when I decided to sell it. From the start, her professionalism and trustworthiness stood out. When it came time to sell, I didn't hesitate to call on her again because I wanted someone who could confidently and reliably represent me and my property. Demika immediately came to mind, and she didn't disappoint. She communicated openly and candidly with both me and the buyer, which was exactly what I needed. Even while I was away, she managed inspections and inquiries flawlessly. Ultimately, she negotiated a price that was satisfactory for both me and the new owner. I highly recommend Demika as a real estate agent and would love to work with her again in the future.

Had a good experience with ray white. Despite some challenges with my purchase (outside their control) - they were great to deal with. They kept me up to date on what was happening, offering great support, was flexible with me and easy to deal with. Key shout out to Kim and Demika

Demi is one of those rare agents that you take her word as a bond of trust. I’ve purchased from her and I’ve sold with. I’ve been on both ends of the negotiation and she didn’t change who she was as person. She is legit

Demi and Kim were amazing throughout my purchase. Buying off the plan you can never predict how things are going to go, and even through all of the delays Kim and Demi were constantly keeping me updated and answering any questions I had.

Dem was absolutely wonderful. With selling our house, she sold it quickly, and was very knowledgeable with answering all our questions and putting us at ease. Dem was always so caring, nothing was to much trouble. She is a very lovely lady, and we wish her all the best.
