Having bought and sold many properties over the years, we have a fair idea of what you can and should expect from a capable agent. As very recent arrivals in WA, the purchasing process was some what of a mystery for us. This meant we had many questions to ask. Demo answered all our questions and more. He facilitated bringing the vendors and ourselves to reaching common ground. He was upfront about the property and what would make the vendors tick. We are very happy with the process so far and Demo has kept in touch when necessary. He was happy to recommend inspectors who promptly delivered comprehensive reports at an affordable price. We certainly would recommend Demo to anyone looking at efficiently selling their property without some of BS you sometimes get with overbearing and aggressive agents.
