He avoided exhausting back-and-forth price tactics. He understood my schedule, respected my offer, and straightforwardly presented it to close the deal. Furthermore, when I asked him to open the house pre-settlement so I could take measurements, he could have easily made an excuse. Instead, he accommodated my request and left the house open as long as I needed. I recognize agents work for the seller, but Demo represented his client perfectly while showing profound respect for my situation. I am extremely happy with my purchase. If I ever sell this house, I will look no further than Demo Foufas. I want my future buyers to be treated with the exact same respect he showed me today.
