Dene drove the marketing and sales of luxury waterfront Ohana, the largest unit development in the Eurobodalla, cementing his reputation as a 'go-to-agent' for off-plan and development sales. In addition to Ohana, Dene listed 363 land lots at Wolumla Estate, selling more than half of Stage 1 before formally marketing. In 2022, he worked on 3 other developments, large and small, and has more in the pipeline.
