future clients should be aware of building inspections, i would advise clients to be non negotiable price wise on building report unless there is a major problem,we sold a 40 year old house which would natuarly not be perfect and the day before settlement the buyer wanted a price reduction which we gave them only because the house was to settle the next day which didnt happen because of their finance so beware this could happen to you, and to make sure the buyers do have finance before settlement date.
