Was a decent experience. It was our first auction, and Denis was helpful in that regard. However, there are certain improvements like knowing the right information about the property (i.e. land size, expected rent etc...) as these were incorrect when we initially went to view the house. Furthermore, after the purchase, he took some pictures, but would not send them through to us - redirecting us to his instagram. However, we were told that this was his first listing, so pretty good effort from the that aspect.
