Denis was brilliant from start to finish. He handled every aspect of the sale of our home with absolute professionalism and care. As always with home sales there were a few bumps along the way between vendor and buyer, Denis managed to find resolutions with a minimum of fuss and was able to reach amicable solutions for all parties. But best of all, he managed to achieve a price above what other local agents had told us to expect.
Denis had a diffucult task in that he was dealing with two seperate clients on one sale programme as my partener and I are seperated.He did it with great professionalism and made us both feel equals during the whole process.
