A top price and an enjoyable experience

Denis We are delighted that we selected Denis McDermott to sell our home at 32 Shoalwater Court, Burleigh Waters. Not only did he achieve a street record sale price, in a very short two week time-frame, but it was the professional way that he managed the whole sale process. Solid finance background and unprecedented real estate knowledge

Denis met with us several times prior to Auction and walked us through the property. He gave us solid advice on the property as well as great financial advice which assisted with our decision. Denis also advised us to get building and pest prior to Auction and speaking to the bank. His advice certainly helped us secure financials prior to the auction and he did not over sell the property. I can not rate him on the negotiation side of things because it was an Auction but he did suggest certain terms that could be favourable. His communication was excellent and his history as a banker was an advantage. We can't wait to move into our new family home.

Great Agent
