From a buyer's perspective something that Denis does extremely well is his communication and more specifically responsiveness. Denis should continue to keep both parties continuously informed of the status of the sales and negotiation process as this is an apparent strength of his. There is a strong aura of professionalism in his work and all dealings that I've had with Denis in the past. One area for improvement: Under pressure (i.e. during the non standard negotiating process where his or his vendor's needs are not being met), Denis can become somewhat emotionally charged, which can lead to him developing more dogmatic or rigid position ('pushy salesy'). This was slightly off-putting. However, this is not unusual for an ambitious and results driven individual in any industry.

He is a respectful person, well mannered and above all very trustworthy for a real estate agent.
