Denis did a great job of conducting a large number of private inspections and taking the time to show the potential buyers all the features that the home included, so they could truly understand what was on offer. He helped both the resulting buyer and ourselves greatly in terms of organising the handover of the property and the settling in process following settlement. He handled the whole process of updating alarm codes, assisting with service connections for the buyer which took the strain off us in handing over such a large high tech home. After meeting the buyer myself, they described to me how Denis went to great lengths to help them overcome the language barrier (as their English was limited) to enable them to purchase this property. The buyer mentioned that this had been a stumbling block for them in some other houses they were interested in.
