My purchse experience

Firstly let me say, I am not a person who gives praise for what I consider to be a persons responsibility. BUT I met Denis Sauzier at the first home open at the property I just purchased. I found him to be very down to earth and a very much a straight shooter. I have previously had a few issues with other agents during viewings and negotiations. The whole sales pitches over the top bravado wears very thin on me. There for when I went into this property I was going to tell it how it is and treat people how I wish to be treated, I was a real buyer and wanted to keep it strictly business like. Much to my surprise after meeting Denis at the home open he was exactly the same. He was very knowledgeable about the property. Did not pressure me and returned my calls with answers to all my questions and followed up any of my queries very quickly. I also dealt Courtney Anderton who was exactly the same, There for I can not speak highly enough of these two agents. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience, a very enjoyable and pain free one. If I ever had to buy or sell again I would give these 2 agents the first option.
