Denise and I had an agreement that I was firm on the selling price. Denise respected this and negotiated well to make sure it was achieved. In regards to the settlement of the property, Denise went above and beyond to finalise the sale. Unfortunately Denise was let down royally by the JMS rental department whose compliance with the RTA was questionable. The rental department at JMS were lazy in responding to my landlord enquires and communicated poorly which held settlement up. Despite this, I highly recommend Denise and wish her all the best for the future.

Though we purchased site unseen, when we did visit Kalgoorlie, Denise (and the owner) were more than willing to allow us entry.
