Denise from the word go established an agreed plan. She saw within a very short period of time to vary that plan based upon feedback. The result in a very short campaign resulted in an acceptable position by myself as the seller. We had a couple of challenges from the buyer, but together we were able to work through those obstacles. An excellent communicator with a passion for her work. She seems to be available 24/7. Whilst I was not her only client, I felt that I was treated as a priority.
I must admit that I was somewhat concerned when Denise suggested that we market my property without either a price or guide price. It certainly is'nt the way that I am used to either buying or selling Real Estate. I decided that, knowing Denise certainly had the knowledge and expertise, I went with her suggestion.
