We were shown the property in Stroud and there was no pressure to view the property. Once we had made our decision to proceed with the purchase Denise was available whenever we needed questions answered or advice on local matters. Even though there was a minor issue with a bank transaction (not of our doing) Denise continued to be available to us and keep us abreast of proceedings. We have completed the sale and am in the process of refurbishing the house and Denise is a point of contact for workmen requiring access to the house. The demand for higher priced rural property in this region has been slow. We have had the property with another agent and spent a large amount on advertising with little result. Denise has had the property for a year or so and has persevered with false starts etc and has kept going to eventually close a sale. There have been plenty of "ups and downs" which she has calmly handled. Denise knows the local market and has worked closely with us and the buyer, communicating well with both of us.
