We were not in a particular hurry to sell this holiday home so the time from listing to settlement was suitable for us. Denise Howe kept us updated through the (slow period of) winter. Come spring Denise secured 3 conditional offers, the best of which we accepted. We live 98Km from the property and Denise advised us of a couple of things that needed attention.
