I was looking for a particular type of property and was pleased to find what I regarded as my ideal property. It met all my purchasers criteria. Denise managed to negotiate a settlement with the owner so that I was able to make an offer which the seller was happy with and so contracts were exchanged. I asked Denise to try to negotiate a form of pre-settlement rental which she advised was acceptable to the owner so that I could move some items in before full settlement of the property. That has occurred and I will be moving plants in tubs in before settlement which will make my full move a lot easier. Thank you Denise.

Initial estimate of price for property was high, possibly a little too high when compared to other agents. A high price will always get a sellers attention but can also lead to a disappointment. Keep to moderately high not excessively high - but there again absurd prices have been paid so always difficult to target an effective price.
