From when we walked in the door at the first open home, Denise was very welcoming and friendly. When we decided to put an offer in on the house, Denise explained everything to us, and offered to help every step of the way. The whole process was stress free and straight forward. Sold within 5 weeks. I was a bit hesitant in going with Purplebricks at first, but everything went smoothly. We had 6 home opens and had opted to do them ourselves to save some more money. Denise our agent was very good communicating with us and she even did one of the home opens for me. We accepted a bid within the first 5 weeks of being on the market and it was within the price range Denise had valued the property, which we were happy with. After accepting the offer everything went smoothly through to the settlement. We would certainly use Purplebricks again it saved us a lot of money.
