We had a tricky situation and were thankful Denise was there to help us through it. After my wife suffered an injury and medical complications, we were without her income for a year and needed to sell one of our houses to recover. Unfortunately we'd only just renewed the 12-month lease with tenants during a period when my wife's mother had passed away, making it a difficult encumbered sale. Denise promptly got the house on the market and negotiated a good position with the tenants. We spoke regularly about progress and adjusted the sales strategy based on progress and the buyers that were interested. It was difficult to navigate, but we got the outcome we wanted and sold the house relatively quickly given the circumstances without it dragging out over the Xmas and New Year period.
