Simplicity and honesty mafe for an easy purchase. Denise immediately understood that the sale depended on investment calculatons that i had made. A reasonable offer was given and she knew that it would be the only offer. Sale was done after her conveying to vendor that my offer was a genuine no finance 30 day settlement price.. and also that i would not alter. The vendor must have trusted that Denise was getting them an "honest" price as the sale took just 15 minutes...just one short meeting! Denise and Seaside...life was meant to be easy
