My experience with Denise was trouble-free, her local market knowledge is exceptional and the team are extremely easy to deal with! Denise's initial appraisal was accurate whereas others were unrealistic. Property being purchased had insurance work being completed from water damage. Wellstead went out of their way and found items that had not been completed that when we moved in would have frustrating, such as missing power points for microwave and dishwasher.. Also we had a complicated settlement due to 2 houses being sold by other agent for us which they they where happy to work with. Definitely would recommend this professional company. Thanks.
